Born in Bologna, 20 January 1966
Chartered Accountant, admitted to the ‘Association of Chartered Accountants of Bologna’ in 1991 and to the ‘Association of Auditors’ on its establishment in 1995.
He joined Studio Gnudi in 1990 and has been a partner since 2002.
His main areas of expertise are consultancy on corporate matters, accounting and taxation, extraordinary transactions (mergers, spin-offs, contributions of assets or businesses), assistance in the preparation of balance sheets and valuations of companies and shareholdings.
He is a member of the Board of Directors and Statutory Auditor to several companies.
He has held positions as an attestor in debt restructuring agreements, financial advisor in preventive agreements both liquidation and in continuation of the company’s activity and party technical consultant for insolvency proceedings bodies.
He is registered in the Register of CTUs of the Court of Bologna, in the list of Experts for the negotiated settlement of the business crisis in Emilia-Romagna and in the list established at the Ministry of Justice of the subjects appointed by the judicial authority for the functions of curator, judicial commissioner, liquidator and independent professional in procedures governed by the crisis and insolvency code.
He speaks fluent English and French.
