Born in Bologna, 18 January 1962.
Chartered Accountant, admitted to the Association of Chartered Accountants of Bologna in 1987 and to the Association of Auditors on its establishment in 1995.
He began working with Studio Gnudi in 1987 and has been a partner since 2002.
He is mainly concerned with consultancy on corporate matters, accounting and taxation, extraordinary transactions (mergers, spin-offs, contributions of assets or businesses), assistance in the preparation of balance sheets and valuations of companies and shareholdings.
He is a member of the Board of Directors and Statutory Auditor to several companies.
